Patina, a Minneapolis-based specialty gift retailer with multiple locations, seeks a part-time Sales Supervisor to lead at in-store locations. The role requires night and weekend availability, supervisory experience, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Supervisors work 16–18 hours weekly with flexible scheduling and an employee discount. This is an in-person, part-time opportunity in a company-owned environment.

Job description

We are currently seeking a part-time Sales Supervisor for multiple locations.

Ideal candidates will have previous keyholder experience, a love for a fast-paced retail environment and an energetic attitude towards leadership and customer service.

MUST HAVE NIGHT (start time at 5pm at the latest) AND WEEKEND AVAILABILITY (either Saturday OR Sunday most weekends).

• Responsible, high-energy, and customer-focused
• Attention to detail, accurate ringing skills, proven leadership/delegation comfort
• Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs.
• Previous retail supervisory experience

Supervisors are scheduled 16-18 hours/week (number of hours dependent on employee desire). We offer flexible scheduling and a generous store discount.
