Job summary

Patina, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time driver/warehouse associate to join our receiving team in the Twin Cities area. The role covers receiving, warehousing, transfers, pricing, and general store support.

Weekday availability is preferred, with weekends required in November and December. Employee ownership is allocated after one year of employment. Responsibilities include assisting in shipments and unloading, maintaining an organized receiving area, pulling quantities, preparing transfers, pricing

Responsibilities

• Assist Receiving Merchandise by organizing shipments and unpacking products.
• Maintain organized warehouse and backstock; know item locations.
• Prepare store transfers and package merchandise to minimize damages.
• Price merchandise according to store guidelines; report damages.
• Support stores with backstocking, transfers, inventory, and miscellaneous projects.

Pay

From $17- $17.25 per hour

Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time driver/warehouse associate to join our receiving team. This role will perform all functions within the department.

Requires weekday availability (ideally M - W- Th from 8am - 4pm) and weekends in November and December. Employee ownership share allocated after 1 year of employment.

Assist Receiving Merchandise

• Assist in carrying and organizing daily shipments to the receiving area
• Unpack, organize, and divide product according to specifications
• Offload shipping containers, delivery vehicles
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area

Warehouse

• Assist in pulling min/max quantities
• Assist in efficiently organizing and categorizing backstock to prevent damages
• Stay familiar with where items are located in warehouse

Prepare Store Transfers

• Prepare merchandise to be transferred to other store locations
• Package transfer merchandise to minimize damages
• Lead team in loading merchandise in transfer vehicle

Price Merchandise

• Price merchandise, according to store guidelines/sample
• Report damages/defects

Misc.

• Follow all safety policies and security procedures
• Assist at the stores as needed with backstocking, transfer assistance, inventory etc.
• Assist in special projects, maintenance, clean-up and reorganization as needed
• React quickly to fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment

Requirements
