Job summary

JCPenney in Peabody, MA is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor who supports the store management to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales. You will help execute store operations and keep the sales floor visually appealing.

You will mentor associates, perform POS transactions on designated shifts, and model values of teamwork, integrity, and inclusivity. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume apparel business.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

You will also have:

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range
USD $17.50/Hr -USD $24.13/Hr.
