Job summary

OluKai Retail Associate in Irvine, CA is a part-time position (≤29 hours). You welcome guests, share product stories, and deliver a premium brand experience while maintaining store standards and assisting with back-of-house duties. You will drive sales goals with a customer-focused approach.

The role requires 6 months in retail or related fields, availability for weekends/holidays, and ability to lift up to 30 lbs. POS proficiency and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Available for 3–4 shifts per week, 4–8 hours per shift.
• Available for holidays and weekends as necessary.
• Must be 17 years or older.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Independent work ethic and time management.
• Positive attitude and integrity.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
