Job summary

Archipelago Companies is seeking a part-time OluKai Retail Associate to welcome customers and deliver a premium brand experience in our Hawaii store. You will engage shoppers, communicate product stories, and help maintain pristine displays while supporting back-of-house duties.

Ideal candidates have 6 months of retail or hospitality experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work at least three shifts weekly including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Available for at least three shifts per week, including holidays and weekends.
• Must be 17 years or older; GED or high school diploma preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver a remarkable brand experience.
• Hit and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Engage with new customers and build rapport.
• Assist with back-of-house duties including receiving and stocking.
• Maintain visual standards and store cleanliness.
• Use POS to ensure a seamless checkout experience.
