Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Walled Lake, MI is seeking a part-time Retail Store Processor to sort, tag, price donated merchandise and help keep the store organized. This role supports production goals, assists with truck receipts, and provides friendly service to donors as part of a dedicated team.

Training is provided, with paid procedures and ongoing coaching. Reliable attendance, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled are

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise

Location: Walled Lake MI

Pay: $13.73 - $15.73 per hour

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule: 20 to 25 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a motivated, dependable Retail Store Processor to process and prepare donated goods, keep the store organized, and help meet production goals.

What You’ll Do

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise
• Help track and report production numbers
• Move processed merchandise to sales floor
• Provide friendly, helpful service to donors
• Receive trucks and assists to load, unload and move product to the correct departments
• Maintain clean work and storage spaces
• Work together with team members to meet daily production goals for merchandise processing and store stock
