Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in South Lyon, MI is seeking a part-time Retail Store Processor. You’ll sort, tag, and price donated merchandise, help track production numbers, and move items to the sales floor. The role supports meeting daily production goals while serving customers and maintaining organized stock areas.

A paid training program and ongoing coaching are provided. Flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support store operations.

• Preferred: Previous retail or thrift store experience.

Location: South Lyon MI Pay: $13.73 - $15.73 per hour Job Type: Part-time Schedule: 24 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a motivated, dependable Retail Store Processor to process and prepare donated goods, keep the store organized, and help meet production goals.

What You’ll Do

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise
• Help track and report production numbers
• Move processed merchandise to sales floor
• Receive trucks and assists to load, unload and move product to the correct departments
• Maintain clean work and storage spaces
• Work together with team members to meet daily production goals for merchandise processing and store stock
