Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Brighton, MI is seeking a Retail Store Processor to sort, tag, and price donated merchandise, assist with production tracking, and move goods to the sales floor. This part-time role requires reliable attendance and friendly donor service.

Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided; you will work a 25-hour week including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with employee discounts and extra benefits offered.

Retail Store Processor

Location: Brighton MI Pay: $13.73 - $15.73 per hour Job Type: Part-time Schedule: 25 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a motivated, dependable Retail Store Processor to process and prepare donated goods, keep the store organized, and help meet production goals.

What You’ll Do

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise

• Help track and report production numbers

• Move processed merchandise to sales floor

• Provide friendly, helpful service to donors

• Receive trucks and assists to load, unload and move product to the correct departments

• Maintain clean work and storage spaces

• Work together with team members to meet daily production goals for merchandise processing and store stock
