Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Auburn Hills is seeking a part-time Retail Store Processor. You will process donated merchandise, tag and price items, and help meet daily production goals while maintaining store organization.

You will also track production numbers, assist with receiving trucks, and provide friendly donor service. Training and coaching are provided to build retail and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality expected.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and lift/move merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process donated merchandise and prepare it for sale.
• Track and report production numbers.

Location: Auburn Hills MI

Pay: $13.73 - $15.73 per hour

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule: [25 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled]

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a motivated, dependable Retail Store Processor to process and prepare donated goods, keep the store organized, and help meet production goals.

What You'll Do

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise
• Help track and report production numbers
• Move processed merchandise to sales floor
• Provide friendly, helpful service to donors
• Receive trucks and assists to load, unload and move product to the correct departments
• Maintain clean work and storage spaces
• Work together with team members to meet daily production goals for merchandise processing and store stock
