Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Rochester Hills, MI is seeking a part-time Retail Store Processor. You will process donated goods, tag and price merchandise, and help keep the store organized while meeting daily production goals.

Responsibilities include moving items to the sales floor, assisting with truck receptions, and maintaining clean workspaces. Training is provided, with evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Retail Store Processor

Location: Rochester Hills MI Pay: $13.73 - $15.73 per hour Job Type: Part-time Schedule: 24 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a motivated, dependable Retail Store Processor to process and prepare donated goods, keep the store organized, and help meet production goals.

What You’ll Do

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise
• Help track and report production numbers
• Move processed merchandise to sales floor
• Receive trucks and assists to load, unload and move product to the correct departments
• Maintain clean work and storage spaces
• Work together with team members to meet daily production goals for merchandise processing and store stock

• Ability to bend, reach, and lift or move merchandise throughout the day
• High school diploma or currently pursuing

• Previous retail or thrift store experience
