This position supports the management team in operations, inventory, merchandising and sales strategy to drive store profitability. You will mentor a team, ensure brand displays meet standards, manage restocking and scheduling, and help deliver outstanding

Qualifications

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure displays and store layouts meet Skechers' brand standards.
• Monitor stock levels, manage restocking, and maintain organized sales floors.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue and exceed targets.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain satisfaction.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).
