Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Part Time Retail Stocking Team Lead to guide our Back of House receiving/stocking team in San Jose, CA. You will lead by example, coaching associates and ensuring our stock and receiving areas stay organized and compliant with store standards.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, flexibility for nights and weekends, and the physical ability to lift 40lbs+ while keeping customers and team members in focus. Competitive pay with associate discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weight 40lbs. or more, and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead Receiving Associates as an extension of the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor.
• Coach associates in the moment and provide recognition.
• Maintain a neat and orderly stock, receiving area and sales floor; ensure policies are followed.
