Job summary

The Michaels Companies is hiring for a Morning Stocker in Fort Worth, TX. This part-time role supports customer service, stocking merchandise, unloading trucks, and ensuring the store is well merchandised and in stock.

You’ll participate in planograms and assist with cross-trained framing tasks. You’ll work on planograms, participate in SISO and AD set duties, and assist with Omni-channel processes like BOPIS.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) duties.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock merchandising to support brand promises.
• Support Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS).
• Participate in SISO and AD set duties as assigned.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; promote a respectful store environment.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
