Oakley in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a part-time Specialized Advisor to support management on the floor, motivate the team to meet sales targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role emphasizes brand knowledge, customer service, inventory tasks, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures in the absence of management. Flexible availability, bilingual skills, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs are required. Experience in retail and cash handling is preferred.

Formación

• At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in cash registers and basic computer use.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates brand knowledge and builds customer relationships.
• Motivates floor staff to exceed sales targets and maintains customer service initiatives.
• Assists with processing, restocking merchandise, and inventory monitoring.
• Supports floor merchandising, display maintenance, and floor/warehouse cleanliness.
• Assists with opening/closing procedures when management is absent.
