Job summary

Goodwill Industries of West Michigan, Inc. is hiring a part-time Retail Production Worker to sort, price donated goods, and support store operations. You will handle textiles and hardlines, and assist with donations processing.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to meet production goals, and availability to work after-hours, weekends, and some holidays; prior retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in retail operations preferred.
• Availability to work after-hours on special projects.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sort and price donated goods and materials.
• Process textiles and hardlines following established guidelines.
• Receive donations and sort by category.
• Operate pump cart and stacker to move containers and kits.
• Assemble/disassemble containers, gaylords, and kit bins.
• Follow 6S/Kaizen procedures and maintain proper layout.
