Job summary

Goodwill Industries of West Michigan, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Retail Production Worker to support donation processing and pricing in our Muskegon location.

You will sort textiles and hardlines, operate equipment like pump carts and stackers, and help maximize space usage while maintaining safety. This role offers weekly pay, a collaborative team culture, and the chance to contribute to a mission-driven nonprofit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail operations preferred.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sorting and pricing of donated goods and materials.
• Textiles and Hardlines Processing: follow sorting/pricing guidelines, recognize items, sort textiles.
• Donation Attendant: receive and sort donations by category.
• Operate pump cart and stacker to move containers, totes and materials.
• Perform space optimization and safe operation of equipment such as the compactor.
