Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide positive internal and external customer relations.
• Able to meet production goals and maintain quality control.
• Apply Kaizen principles: follow 6S checklist, signage, and layout.
• Experience with sorting and pricing guidelines preferred.
• Retail operations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sort and price donated goods and materials.
• Process textiles and hardlines according to guidelines.
• Assist with donations: sort by category and receive items.
• Handle materials: move containers, totes, and equipment.
• Operate the compactor and ensure safe operation.
