Andy Frain Services is hiring a Retail Security Guard (Part-Time) in Minnesota to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff. This role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.

Shifts run 10:00AM - 8:30PM or 9:30AM - 7:00PM with a pay of $22.00/hour. Part-time position includes weekly pay, benefits like an Employee Assistance Program, and exclusive discounts. Prior experience and a HS diploma/GED are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3–6 months security or life-safety experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service and professional appearance.
• Ability to write clear and accurate incident reports.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas or maintain a fixed post to monitor activity.
• Control access points and manage pedestrian/vehicle traffic.
• Monitor CCTV and complete daily activity logs and reports.
• Greet customers and provide directions in a professional manner.
