Job summary

ScanScape is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit designated local stores in Lexington, NE and perform barcode scans using a mobile app.

The role offers flexible hours (3–6 hours per week per store) with occasional extra projects, on-site work, and dependable scheduling. You must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Scan barcodes in various store locations using a mobile app.
• Visit designated stores weekly for data collection year-round.
• Assist with special projects that add 30 minutes to 2 hours of work per store.
• Meet weekly deadlines and deliver accurate data to clients.
• Work independently with flexible scheduling and on-site presence.
