Job summary

ScanScape is seeking a part-time Retail Scan Associate in Raleigh, NC. You will visit local stores weekly to scan product barcodes, using a mobile app, and report data to improve sales performance for brands and retailers.

The role offers flexible hours, paid travel, and opportunities for other projects throughout the year. Able to work 2–4.5 hours per week with potential additional hours for special tasks; must be 18+, have a valid license and reliable vehicle, and be comfortable standing and

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
Reliable vehicle with adequate auto insurance.
Able to stand for long periods and access products through shelves and displays.
Able to lift up to 25 pounds and reach heights up to 6 feet.
Must be tech savvy and able to use a mobile scanning app.
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Visit designated local stores to scan product barcodes on displays and in aisles.
Use a mobile app to scan barcodes across store locations weekly.
Provide accurate quantities for a portion of scanned products and record findings.
Work part-time with 2–4.5 hours per week per store, with additional hours for special projects.
Flexible scheduling to accommodate client requirements and store size.
