ScanScape is hiring a Retail Scan Associate in Charlotte, NC 28226. This part-time, on-site role involves visiting local stores to scan product barcodes and collect data to improve retailer performance. The base hours average 5–10.5 per week, with additional hours for special projects throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure standing for long periods and access products throughout the store.
• Lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be deadline-driven and have reliable Wi‑Fi; must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Visit designated stores each week to scan barcodes on displays and in aisles.
• Use a mobile app to collect data across multiple store locations.
• Complete in-store scanning tasks, including end caps and main stocking locations.
• Provide quantity data for selected products as required.
• Maintain dependable scheduling and meet weekly deadlines.
