Job summary

ScanScape is seeking a part-time Retail Scan Associate in Carroll, IA 51401. You will visit local stores weekly to scan product barcodes on displays and aisles using a mobile app, collecting data to help retailer performance.

Flexible hours, some travel paid at your hourly rate, and opportunities for project work throughout the year. Responsibilities include completing weekly scanning, meeting deadlines, and handling occasional special projects.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Scan barcodes on displays and in aisles for designated stores.
• Collect data to improve product and retailer performance.
• Use a mobile app to scan barcodes across store locations.
• Complete weekly scanning and handle special projects when requested.
• Maintain reliability and meet weekly deadlines.
• Flexible hours tailored to scheduling needs and client requirements.
• Paid travel at your hourly rate (minus first and last 15 minutes).
