Job summary

ScanScape is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit local stores weekly and scan product barcodes using a mobile app. You will collect data to help improve sales performance and work with major retailers across various store formats.

The role offers flexible hours, paid travel at your hourly rate (excluding first and last 15 minutes), potential 401(k) with employer matching, and a casual, independent work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure standing for long periods, accessing products throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Visit designated stores weekly to scan barcodes with a mobile app.
• Scan product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including end caps.
• Provide quantity data for about 45% of scanned products when required.
• Complete in-store data collections for grocery, convenience, drug, pet, and mass merchandise stores.
• Work across stores 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks, with flexible hours.
