ScanScape is hiring a Retail Scan Associate in New Philadelphia, OH 44663. The role is part-time and on-site, with base hours averaging 4–8 per week across stores and occasional 1–2 extra hours for special projects.

You will scan product barcodes in various retailers to support client data and sales insights. The position requires reliable transportation, the ability to stand long hours, lift up to 25 pounds, and access to reliable Wi‑Fi.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle with insurance
• Ability to stand for long periods and access products throughout the store
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and reach 6 feet
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands and arms
• Detail-oriented and independent worker
• Must have reliable Wi‑Fi and be tech savvy
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Scan barcodes in store locations using a mobile app
• Visit designated stores weekly for data collection
• Provide quantities for about 45% of scanned products
• Complete in-store scanning across the entire store weekly
• Assist with occasional Custom Projects for extra hours
• Meet weekly deadlines to support client data delivery
• Adhere to schedule and ensure dependable performance
