BuddiesHR is seeking a part-time Retail Scan Associate for Plymouth, MA 02360. The role involves in-store barcode scanning across various grocery/pharmacy venues with a flexible schedule averaging 2–6 hours weekly plus occasional extra hours for projects.

You will use a mobile app to scan and input product data, with typical duties across multiple stores and some travel reimbursement at your hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to stand for long periods and reach products throughout the store.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Deadline-driven self-starter.
• Access to reliable Wi‑Fi and tech savvy.

Responsibilities

• Scan barcodes in various store locations using a downloadable app.
• Complete weekly scanning across assigned local retailers for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks.
• Provide required quantities for about 45% of scanned products as needed.
• Report to your store within deadlines and complete store-wide display scanning tasks.
• Participate in custom projects that add 1–2 hours for certain weeks per store.
