Job summary

BuddiesHR is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to perform in-store data collections at local retailers on a weekly basis. The role uses a mobile app to scan barcodes and collect product counts across grocery and other store types.

You'll work 6–9 hours per week with additional occasional hours for special projects, and you’ll be able to schedule around personal needs. A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and reach 6 feet.
• Must be tech savvy with a smartphone app.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scan barcodes using a downloadable app in assigned stores.
• Perform in-store data collections weekly for 52 weeks a year.
• Complete Display Scanning across the store each week.
• Assist with Custom Projects that may add 1–2 hours in some weeks.
• Report to store within deadlines with dependable, quality-focused work.
