Job summary

Lands' End is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in a part-time role (~25 hours/week). You will deliver exceptional service, share product knowledge, and optimize sales through expert consultative selling.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with inventory and website navigation when needed, processing transactions, and maintaining store standards. Prior retail experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales by using consultative selling to identify customer needs and provide solutions
• Greet customers courteously and tailor attention based on store traffic
• Assist customers with website navigation when product isn't available in-store
• Process transactions via POS and online system
• Maintain knowledge of Lands' End products and services
• Perform markdowns and promotions as needed
• Stock replenishment and adherence to visual brand standards
