Go! Retail Group is seeking a Sales Associate for a part-time role in our Auburn, WA area store. You will greet customers, drive sales using our five-step process, and operate the POS system with accuracy. The position supports promotions and in-store orders while maintaining a clean, inviting storefront.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. Weekend and evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• No retail experience required; 3 months experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and friendly, professional demeanor.
• Self-motivated with optimism and solution focus.
• Integrity, accountability and reliability with openness to feedback.
• Ability to create an engaging shopping experience and connect with customer needs.
• Knowledge of retail operations, sales, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention is a plus.
• Basic computer skills; proficient with a POS system and Microsoft Office.
• Able to perform basic math and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer as they enter the store.
• Execute sales steps and promote current promotions.
• Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Provide service using calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising, receive shipments, and reset features as directed.
