Job summary

Go! Retail Group in Auburn, WA is seeking a part-time Key Holder to open and close the store, manage the cash register, assist customers and help drive sales.

You will greet customers, execute promotions, operate the POS, and maintain visual standards, inventory, and housekeeping. Flexible weekends/evenings.

This role offers up to 20 hours per week with benefits including 401K, employee discount, and a supportive team.

• Basic computer skills, POS system and Microsoft office.
• Able to perform basic math functions.
• Flexible and strives in fast paced environment.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Offer current promotions and special offers.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive service by utilizing calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
• Maintain a store environment that meets visual merchandising standards, engages your consumer, and stimulates them to buy.
• Receive and place new shipments.
• Open and/or close the store as scheduled.
• Prepare cash bank at opening.
• Prepare and make nightly cash deposits at closing.
• Complete opening or closing checklist for every shift.
