Job summary

Cash America Pawn in Dallas is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate who will greet customers, assist with sales and pawn services, and help with merchandise evaluations. You will process transactions accurately and maintain an organized sales floor while following policies.

The role offers a flexible schedule, unlimited commission potential on top of hourly pay, and employee discounts. Prior POS experience is a plus and bilingual abilities are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
