Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. seeks a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate in Mesa, AZ. You will greet customers, assist with pawn and loan services, process sales and maintain engaging displays while ensuring compliance with store policies.

The role offers $15.25–$18.00 per hour plus unlimited commission up to 8%. Weekend shifts and wage advances after day 2 are available. Bilingual candidates are encouraged; prior retail experience is a plus. Training provided and employee discounts start day one.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales and service inquiries.
• Support pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following store policies.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
