Job summary

Cash America Pawn in Dallas is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate who greets customers, assists with sales, pawn and short-term loans, and helps maintain a welcoming store environment.

You’ll earn $10–$14 per hour with unlimited commission, flexible weekends, employee discounts from day one, and access to earned wage options. Bilingual candidates encouraged; training and compliance with guidelines provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with a variety of merchandise (FFL firearms locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team mindset.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and complete paperwork for pawn and short-term loans.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
