Job summary

AT&T is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant for Ocala, FL. You will engage customers with a consultative approach, helping them choose the best devices and services while contributing to the store’s goals.

Expect to work 9am–9pm shifts, including weekends, with scheduling released 2 weeks in advance. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you succeed.

• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment; being flexible and open to change helps you meet customers’ needs.
