Job summary

Norman’s Hallmark is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate for our Manahawkin Commons location in Manahawkin, NJ. The role focuses on delivering a caring customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining displays.

The ideal candidate will be 16+ with a flexible schedule, basic math skills, and the ability to stand for long periods while assisting customers and learning our register system.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong aptitude for basic math including percentages and general arithmetic.
• Stand/walk for long periods; lift up to 40 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Infuse our Customer CARE program into the store culture and drive retail sales.
• Learn and utilize the register system for a pleasant POS experience; maintain cash accuracy.
• Meet rewards enrollment goals consistently.
• Build product knowledge to support selling.
• Restock displays and perform duties as assigned.
