Norman’s Hallmark, a premier employee-owned Hallmark Gold Crown retailer in the East, seeks a qualified Part Time Sales Associate for our Medford, NJ location. You will be on the front lines, delivering a caring customer experience and helping customers celebrate life’s moments while meeting store goals.

The role emphasizes a friendly, knowledgeable presence on the sales floor, accurate cash handling, and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong aptitude for basic math functions including percentages and general arithmetic.
• Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Infuse our Customer CARE program into store culture and drive retail sales by genuinely connecting with the customer.
• Belief that the customer always comes first and is the most important individual to our business.
• Meet store specific Crown Rewards program enrollment goals on a consistent basis.
• Ability to learn and be efficient with our register system to ensure a pleasant point of sale experience for our customers.
• Learn and utilize outstanding selling skills during customer interactions to build sales and drive customer satisfaction.
• Proactively learn retail product knowledge for all merchandise to use when selling to the customer.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by store management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
