Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Lompoc, CA, to guide and assist customers with their purchases. This role requires a positive attitude and the ability to work flexibly, including weekends, with a part-time commitment of 15-20 hours per week.

Successful candidates will receive training and coaching, plus be part of a team dedicated to enhancing the customer experience. The salary range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass background check to work on Military Installations.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to work between 15-20 hours per week and weekends.
