AT&T is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant in New Orleans, LA to leverage consultative sales skills and drive customer connections. You’ll help customers select devices and services while earning commission based on performance, with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

You'll participate in community events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to prospects, with comprehensive training provided to help you achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Training and coaching provided to help you meet and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Engage with the community through events, filling online orders and outbound calls.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; seniority-based schedules are given 2 weeks in advance.
• Be adaptable in a fast-paced environment to meet customer needs and evolving tech.
• Leverage training and tools to meet and exceed sales goals.
