Job summary

Norman’s Gift Shops, Inc. in Hanover, PA is seeking a Part Time Sales Leader for our Hanover Gateway Shopping Center location. You will supervise sales associates, deliver a caring customer experience, and help meet store goals.

You should have prior retail supervisory exposure, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and the ability to stand for long periods while handling merchandise and POS transactions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, equivalent or higher.
• Prior retail experience with supervisory exposure.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and managerial support in the absence of the store manager and assistant store manager.
• Assist management in developing and training staff on new products and processes.
• Infuse our Customer CARE program into the store culture and drive retail sales by connecting with customers.
• Utilize outstanding selling skills to build sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by store management.
