Norman’s Gift Shops, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Leader for our Main Street at Exton, Exton, PA location. You will lead store associates, deliver a caring customer experience, and help meet sales goals in a fast-paced Hallmark Gold Crown environment.

The role requires supervisory experience, flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays), and strong product knowledge to support the team and customers on the floor and at the register.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience with supervisory exposure.
• Flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and managerial support in the absence of the store manager and assistant store manager.
• Assist management in developing and training staff on new products and processes.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by store management.
• Drive customer experience through proactive selling and relationship building.
