Norman’s Gift Shops, Inc. in Newtown Square, PA is looking for a Part Time Sales Leader to drive a caring, customer‑first experience on the sales floor. You will support store leadership and engage customers to build relationships.

This role requires retail supervisory experience, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and a passion for outstanding service in a fast-paced Hallmark Gold Crown environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, equivalent or higher.
• Prior retail experience with supervisory exposure.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder, and carry up to 40 pounds, e.g., fixture parts and cartons.

Responsibilities

• Infuse the Customer CARE program into store culture to drive retail sales by genuinely connecting with customers.
• Put the customer first and deliver exceptional service.
• Meet Crown Rewards enrollment goals consistently.
• Assist management in developing and training staff on new products.
• Provide supervision in the absence of store leadership.
• Learn and use the register system efficiently for POS.
• Demonstrate selling skills to build sales and satisfaction.
• Acquire product knowledge to improve selling.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
