Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, equivalent or higher.
• Prior retail supervisory experience.
• Flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and managerial support in the absence of the store manager and assistant store manager.
• Assist management in developing and training staff of new products and processes.
• Answer questions and act as primary resource of knowledge on the sales floor to drive sales.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by store management.
