Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (or higher).
• Prior retail experience with supervisory exposure.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Infuse our Customer CARE program into the store culture and drive retail sales while genuinely connecting with customers.
• Provide supervision and managerial support in the absence of the store manager and assistant store manager.
• Assist management in developing and training staff on new products and processes.
• Learn product knowledge to effectively sell and build customer relationships.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by store management.
• Learn and operate the register system to ensure a positive POS experience for customers.
• Meet Crown Rewards enrollment goals and contribute to store objectives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
