Job summary

Cole Haan in California seeks a part-time Sales Lead to help drive sales and profitability while upholding the brand's standards. You will coach a dedicated team, support training, and ensure a positive store environment with strong customer focus and merchandising execution.

You will also help manage operations, including loss prevention and health & safety, and participate in opening/closing routines as needed.

Qualifications

• Part-Time Position with related field experience preferred.
• Candidates must be at least 16 years of age.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Independent work ethic, time management and accountability.
• Knowledge in driving sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control and loss prevention.
• Ability to lead a team, coordinate tasks in a fast-paced environment and train others.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.
• Computer skills including POS systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial growth by achieving sales and KPI goals.
• Assist in controlling store expenses via payroll, supplies and facilities.
• Coach staff to exceed individual and store goals.
• Lead and develop a quality store team and support training.
• Address performance issues promptly and professionally.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure operational objectives related to loss prevention, health and safety, and policy compliance.
• Hold store keys and participate in opening/closing functions.
