Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for its The Village at Topanga store in Woodland Hills, CA. You’ll lead guest engagement and collaboration with the Store Manager to drive KPIs while delivering a best-in-class experience.

The role requires retail experience, strong communication, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Expect a fast-paced environment with active product knowledge delivery and team leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities is a plus.
• Ability to interact with customers, employees and business partners in and outside of the store environment.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team goals.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer journey.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
