Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part‑Time Sales Lead for our NEW location at Opry Mills in Nashville, TN. The role focuses on delivering a best-in-class customer experience and aligning with Store Manager and team to exceed KPIs.

You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and support both sales and operations, while embracing the brand’s values and community initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role with flexibility in schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience required.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with moving and lifting 10–30 lbs as needed.
• Interest in active lifestyle brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and explain fabric features and fit.
• Lead customer engagement during store events and promotions.
• Train and give feedback according to Customer Experience Playbook.
• Inspire associates to meet performance goals.
• Maintain store merchandising and inventory awareness.
• Unpack boxes for inventory (10–30 lbs).
• Help exceed KPIs and drive sales growth.
