Job summary

Fabletics at Dolphin Mall in Miami, FL is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will lead engagement, share product knowledge, and partner with the Store Manager to exceed sales targets while supporting operations and events.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle items (Yoga, cycling, running, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, fit and function.
• Lead customer interactions and drive in-store sales and KPIs.
• Provide training feedback and support to Store Manager.
• Coordinate with promotions, events and omnichannel efforts.
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure a smooth customer journey.
