Job summary

Vans is seeking a Sales Lead to support the store leadership team and drive exceptional customer engagement and sales results. You will model the Vans voice, coach associates, and help create an inclusive, authentic store environment that celebrates individuality.

A 1-year related retail background is preferred but not required; a High School Diploma is valued. The role requires standing, movement, and the ability to lift light to moderate weight.
Hiring range: $16.00–$20.70 USD per hour.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer-service and sales orientation.
• Ability to coach and develop store associates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Assist in maximizing store sales and tracking progress against targets.
• Foster a consumer-centric and inclusive store environment.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of associates.
• Occasionally assume store leadership in absence of a manager.
• Interact with customers to deliver excellent service and uphold brand standards.
• Follow policies and procedures as directed by the company.
