Job summary

Kohl's in the United States is seeking a team member to deliver outstanding customer service at the point of sale and across service processes. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payment methods while ensuring speedy, friendly service.

You will also help maintain inventory accuracy, support training for new hires on POS procedures, and participate in daily service routines, all within Kohl's brand standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payments.
• Execute POS and customer service standards with courteous, fast and efficient service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty) and support inventory accuracy.
• Assist in training new hires on POS procedures and store processes.
• Participate in daily service processes and maintain Safety policies.
