Job summary

You’ll guide customers through AT&T's latest devices and services, build connections, and aim to exceed sales targets while earning commissions.

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through their options with a consultative sales approach.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based scheduling 2 weeks in advance.
• Meet and exceed sales goals with AT&T’s products and services.
