AT&T is offering a part-time Retail Sales Consultant role in the USA, LA area. You will engage customers with a consultative selling approach, guiding them through options to build relationships and close sales while leveraging AT&T products and services.

You’ll participate in community events, process online orders, and reach out to prospects to grow the customer base. The role emphasizes flexibility to 9:00 pm shifts, weekend work, and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules 2 weeks in advance.
